About AGAIN Free

ARKIV GAMES STUDIO makes AGAIN Free. This policy explains information used by the free edition of our tactile game, our privacy website and our support contact. It takes effect on 2 October 2026.

The Android application is com.arkiv.again.free. Free includes eight complete toys: Bulb, Newton, Tape, Butter, Magnet, Leaf, Zip and Domino. The other 15 toys can be accessed through an optional rewarded visit or one permanent collection purchase where those Android services are available.

Free on Windows and in the browser is an eight-toy preview. Those platforms do not run Google Play Billing, AdMob or UMP. Android purchases belong to the specific Android package and do not transfer to Windows or to the separate AGAIN Paid app.

What stays on your device

AGAIN Free does not require an AGAIN account or a separate Google sign-in. We do not operate a game backend, an analytics service, chat or a player-profile database. We do not receive a stream of your touches or toy activity.

The game stores preferences locally, including your chosen toy, favorites, sound and display preferences, Memory setting and toy modes. This local data is separate from AGAIN Paid. Rewind uses temporary recorded object motion during a visit. A used physical arrangement and rewind history are not resumed when you reopen a toy.

On Free Android, local access information can also include rewarded-preview limits and a verified purchase receipt for offline ownership. These records support the feature; they are not an AGAIN cloud account.

Backup, reinstall & recovery

AGAIN Free on Android permits Android Auto Backup and device transfer for eligible game preferences. Whether data is backed up or restored depends on your device, operating system, backup settings, selected Google account and the availability of a usable backup. This is not continuous sync and we cannot promise that your latest preferences will be recovered.

The native purchase-receipt cache and ad/consent SDK stores are excluded from the app's backup allowlist. Google Play must recover a Free collection purchase after reinstalling. An existing verified receipt can support offline access in that installation; a fresh offline installation has no receipt to restore.

Clearing app or browser site data, or uninstalling, may remove local preferences. Android backup data can be managed through your device and Google account settings. Every toy still opens in its clean, stopped arrangement after a restore.

Optional ads & privacy choices

Only Free Android includes Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) and Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP). A rewarded ad is requested when you deliberately choose a preview. There are no forced ads during play or rewind. Declining an ad or a consent request leaves the eight free toys available. An earned preview does not expire during the active toy visit.

Optional ads do not mean that all Google-service processing is optional. UMP may contact Google to update privacy and consent information at app launch. AdMob and UMP may process information such as IP address (which can estimate general location), device and advertising identifiers, app information, interactions with ads, diagnostics and privacy-choice signals. The exact processing depends on the service, device, region, consent choices and the configured advertising behavior.

Google and advertising partners may use or share this information to deliver and measure ads, apply privacy choices, prevent fraud, support security and operate their services. See Google's privacy policy, partner-site explanation and Mobile Ads disclosures linked below for their practices. We do not receive your Google account password or a personal advertising profile from these services.

Where offered, use Settings > Privacy choices in Free Android to review the Google consent form and change your choices. You can also use Android's advertising privacy settings. Consent and advertising availability vary by region and configuration. Current testing builds use official Google test ads; test mode is not a promise that the SDK makes no network requests.

Purchases belong to Google Play

Google Play processes payments for the Free collection unlock. We do not collect or store your payment card details. Google processes transaction and account information under its policies, and may make order information available to the developer for purchase administration and support.

Free Android uses Google Play Billing to request product information, launch checkout, query ownership and acknowledge a completed purchase. The app receives purchase information such as a product identifier, purchase token, purchase state and signed receipt. It verifies the receipt on the device and saves a verified receipt locally for offline ownership. Pending, cancelled or invalid purchases do not grant permanent access.

To recover Free’s permanent collection, install com.arkiv.again.free with its purchasing Google Play account, go online and use Settings > Restore purchases if needed. A rewarded preview is a single visit and is not a restorable purchase. Clearing local data does not cancel or delete a Play purchase.

Purchase history, refunds, account records and their retention are controlled through Google Play and the relevant Google account. We cannot promise to erase Google's records. An offline receipt cannot immediately reflect an online refund or revocation; ownership is refreshed when Play can be queried successfully.

When you contact the studio

If you email arkiv.games.studio@gmail.com, we receive your email address, the message and any information or attachments you choose to send. We use them to answer you, investigate the issue and administer relevant purchase or privacy requests. Our email service is provided by Google.

Please send only what helps with your request, such as the edition, app version, device and a description of the problem. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or identity documents. If an order reference is needed for purchase support, share it privately by email, not in a public review.

We retain support correspondence for as long as needed to handle the request and related follow-up, or to meet applicable legal obligations. You can ask us to access, correct or delete information you supplied. We will assess the request and explain any limits, including records we are required to keep.

Reading this website

Our privacy website does not add analytics, advertising, third-party fonts or tracking cookies. The policy search runs entirely in your browser, and its search text is not sent to the studio. The page does not save search text to a server.

A hosting provider necessarily processes connection information, such as your IP address, requested page, browser information and request time, to deliver and secure the website. When this site is served through Cloudflare Pages, Cloudflare processes this information under its privacy policy. Hosting is distinct from the locally bundled policy inside the game.

Following a link to Google or another service opens that provider's website, where its own privacy practices apply. Sending an email uses your chosen email service and our Google-provided mailbox.

Your controls & requests

You can change game preferences in Settings and clear local data through your device or browser. Manage Android backups and advertising controls in Android or your Google account. Use Free's Privacy choices entry when available, and Google Play's account and purchase controls for Play records.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of personal information, restrict or object to processing, or withdraw consent where processing relies on it. Contact arkiv.games.studio@gmail.com about information handled by the studio. We may need proportionate information to verify and understand a request. You may also contact your local data-protection authority.

We can act on information within our control. For information independently held by Google, Cloudflare or another provider, use that provider's privacy and account tools. Deleting data from your device does not automatically delete third-party records or a backup.

Care, security & younger players

We aim to keep the information we handle limited to the purposes described here. We do not sell support correspondence or run our own behavioral advertising system. Third-party advertising processing in Free is described separately above; this statement is not a claim that those services collect or share no data.

We use the protections available in the device, platform and service providers involved. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure. Provider processing and storage may occur outside your country under the provider's policies.

AGAIN has no player account or age-entry form. We do not knowingly seek personal information from children through our support contact. If you believe a child has supplied personal information to the studio, contact us so we can review and address it. App-store age ratings and any Google advertising choices should be reviewed by a parent or guardian; this policy does not promise that every edition is suitable for every age.

A policy that stays current

We may update this policy when the game, its services or relevant requirements change. The effective date at the top identifies this version. Material changes will be reflected in the policy and, where required, brought to your attention through an appropriate notice.
